Evenly is very knowledgeable she always have the correct answer I can’t say that about some of the rest of the staff even ... tho they are friendly however some of them have not a clue on how to direct tenant’s in the right direction! cross training is a MUST! I lived here for 4 years (Sept 2016-Aug 2020). I was from out of town working in Chicago during the weeks and commuting back ... home over the weekend. So I am accustomed living for years in a single house and had not been in an apartment in decades. My overall experience was very positive and definitely trending up as time progressed. There had been several owners and management groups during my stay. The last group (Bridge) was top notch in every way. Facilities were improved immediately by Bridge, parking rules finally enforced after many years, building and grounds were well maintained, and poor occupant behaviors were quickly and adequately addressed when reported, Fellow residents were professional in nature and attire and very courteous and friendly. Affordability was on par or better than any other area units. I recently retired, vacated my lease and moved back full time to my house with my family. If I were to do it all over again and and liveg in an apartment in far southwest Chicago, I would pick Midpointe in a heartbeat for living accommodations. Highly reccomended.
